Intercity Design maintains full compliance with ITAR and will only conduct business with US Individuals, Companies, and Organizations locally or station abroad; and in accordance with Regulations (ITAR), 22 C.F.R. §§ 120-130 & Department of State § 122.5
All USML and CCL described items transferred to/from Intercity Designs will be documented and recorded in accordance with our company policies which maintain ITAR Compliance, and record keeping at a minimum.
